SHIPPING AND RETURNS 

1. Shipping and delivery:

Shipments are typically processed within 48 hours on business days (Monday to Friday). 

Free worldwide shipping: we offer worldwide free shipping. The price listed includes taxes and duties applied at country of destination. Product ships from the United States.

Shipping options within the US:

• Free Standard Shipping (UPS Ground): Products shipped via standard service are normally delivered within 3-5 business days after the order is shipped.

• UPS 2nd Day Air: For an additional charge, we offer this expedited shipping option. Products shipped via two-day service are usually delivered two business days after shipment is processed.

• UPS Next Day Air: For an additional charge, we offer this expedited shipping option. Products shipped via overnight service are typically delivered one business day after shipment is processed.

International shipments: please always select Free Standard Shipment. We will normally use Fedex to process international shipments.

Please note that if the size of item selected is listed as “pre-order”, the production and delivery of such item would take at least a month from the date the order was placed. Delivery is always guaranteed.

Verification of billing and shipping address:

For fraud prevention purposes, if your billing and shipping addresses do not match, we must verify your shipping address. The reason we do this is to ensure that both you and Jose Real are protected from fraudulent activities. Our Customer Service may email you to verify the order information in case the addresses are different or more details are needed to process your order.

2. Cancellations, returns and exchanges:

Please contact us to cancel an order or change any item, or if you need to modify the shipping address. You should receive response within 24h or next business date.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return. You have 30 calendar days from the receipt of the product to return any item. Return shipping is free, except in international returns. Please contact us  to learn about return fees for international orders.

To return all or part of your purchase, please contact us to receive a prepaid return label, or click on the link provided when you received the shipping confirmation email of your order. 

All products must be packed in the original unmarked and unaltered packaging including any materials shipped with the product. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our quality control team. Please note that any items altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns and packages that are improperly packaged will not be processed for credit. Jose Real does not allow returns of worn merchandise. Once we receive and approve your return, we will issue a refund within 5-7 business days of receipt of the returned merchandise.
